Fortunately that request was not approved, but it shows you the desperate need for all kinds of service personnel. Of course Edmonton, Red Deer Grande Prairie and Fort McMurray are expecting the same kind of expansion. A friend of mine bought a house just under 5 years ago and the value has already doubled this year, and the fact is that he can expect a further substantial increase in value in the coming years.
