Well, now you make me try to figure out what kind of Attractions you are looking for, and that’s not as easy as it may appear.

There are things that some folks refer to as attractions, while others do not think of them in the same way.

So I am going to do it my way, and hope that you will agree with my choices.

While The Calgary Stampede remains one of the biggest crowd pleaser year after year, there are World Renowned Equestrian Activities going on as well.

There are also some absolutely fantastic historical places that are getting more and more interesting all the time.

Among them are Fort Calgary and Heritage Park,

History lovers have a variety of other venues to visit such as: The largest Military Museum in Western Canada.

The Glenbow Museum which boasts over a million artifacts and some 28,000 works of art in its vast collections.

For those who enjoy science there is the Telus World Of Science which will be expanded even more and moved to a larger facility.

And for the Paleontologists and all those who are fascinated by Dinosaurs there is The Royal Tyrrell Museum only about an hours drive east near Drumheller ,Alberta.
