Calgary Football Even Includes The Ladies.
Calgary Football is comprised of a number of teams and clubs, and they fall in different categories somewhat as follows.

The Calgary Bantam football Association is a league that provides full contact, tackle football for those individuals between the ages of 13 and 15 years old.
The league got its start in 1949 when Douglas Austin from the South Calgary Optimists Club, Keith Spaith and Paul Rowe started contact football for 12 to 15 year olds.
The North Calgary Optimist clubs joined after the formation and together sponsored eight teams.
In 1964 the Calgary Bantam Football association kicked off with a group of coaches who wanted to make sure that all the teams received equality when it came to equipment and fundraising.
